• Work with Travel Agents/Wholesale.  Our rates are retail and significantly higher than wholesale.

• Charge you anything for your own bookings. You put in the work after all.

• Dictate when you can rent or stay in your own home. It's your home, you call the shots.

• Charge a fee to turn pool heat on or off.

• Leave you months without sending you a Management statement and then hit you with a huge bill.

• Promise the we will never make a mistake, 'to err is human' after all. We are always on hand however to rectify any rare mistakes immediately.
