Our prime location lends itself to the premier shopping corridor including the famed Millennia, top restaurants and we are less than two miles to the world renowned town of Celebration inspired by Disney. Cane Island is a pristine gated community with a beautifully decorated 3,700 sq ft. clubhouse, state of the art fitness center, sauna, game room, full service kitchen and social room. The amenity center also hosts a covered spa, large sparkling pool & sun deck…all of which overlook a pond with lighted fountain. Each luxurious unit includes a complete state of the art appliance package (full size washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, glass top range & dishwasher). There are numerous upgrades including granite countertops in both the kitchen and baths , raised panel cherry cabinets, luxurious ceramic tile and lots of windows to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine and water views. Each home has a covered porch to relax outdoors after a busy day at the Parks.

All rates are per property and not per person. As soon as final payment is made directions and key/alarm code will be forwarded by email.

Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times.

If a particular aspect of your vacation home is important to your stay please check with us as we want you to be 100% delighted with your choice of vacation home.

We do not charge a refundable security deposit. In lieu of this we charge a one off fee of $45 for accidental damage waiver insurance which covers you for up to $1500.

Final quote depends on several factors;

e.g. dates of stay, length of stay, early booking discount, last minute discount, repeat guest specials etc.

You will receive a $25 restaurant gift card for booking online - (link will be sent with free quote)

We can also offer you travel Insurance through TravelGuard. The premium is 7% of your booking total. This cover is optional but recommended.

Please contact us for details if interested. For example a booking of $1000 would incur a premium of just $70, excellent piece of mind for travelers.

Cleaning fee applies for stays of less than 7 nights.
