Our spacious, well equipped home benefits from a south facing pool, separate hot tub, games room and PC with internet access and free telephone calls. Being located less than 10 minutes from Disney and close to shops and restaurants this is the perfect base for your trip to the Sunshine State.

Whether you're in Florida for the attractions or simply to relax you've found the perfect location. The home is furnished to a high standard with your every comfort in mind. The villa is professionally maintained throughout and you have access to 24/7 hour assistance from us as your local Management Company.

This is the perfect place to return to at the end of a long day with all the comforts of home. You can relax around the pool with a glass of wine and plan your next adventure. There’s so much to see and do in the area that you will need an occasional day to simply chill out in the home while the children have fun in the private heatable swimming pool.

This home complies with all hygiene and safety regulations required by the State of Florida. This home has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), Division of Hotels and Restaurants.

All our homes are fully compliant with both State and County regulations for your family's comfort and safety.

This home is also fully alarmed for your piece of mind.

We are now able to offer you discounted attraction tickets. A promotion link with offers will be sent to you with your booking confirmation.

Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times.

We do not charge a refundable security deposit. In lieu of this we charge a one off fee of $55 for accidental damage waiver insurance which covers you for up to $1500.

You will receive a $25 restaurant gift card if your booking is processed online - (7 night minimum stay required)

We can also offer you travel Insurance through TravelGuard. The premium is 7% of your booking total. For example a booking of $1000 would incur a premium of just $70, excellent piece of mind for travelers. Please contact us for details if interested.

All bedding and linens are provided.

Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer.

Cleaning fee applies for stays of less than 7 nights.
